  • When is the Parade of Homes?

    The 49th Annual Parade of Homes will be held June 10 - 17. Remodeled homes will be available for touring June 10, 11 & 12.
  • How do I find the Parade Homes?

    There is a map available of the Parade Homes. There are also written directions available in the details of each home that can be found on the Browse Homes page.
  • Where do I pick up the Home Inspirations Parade of Homes magazine?

    The Home Inspirations Magazine is distributed throughout the Chippewa Valley in late May and early June. It is available to pick up at Royal Credit Union locations in Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls and Menomonie. It's also available at our office at 4319 Jeffers Road, Eau Claire. You can also VIEW IT ONLINE.
  • Where can I purchase tickets?

    Tickets are $8 through June 9 or $10 after June 9. Tickets are available on this website (click on Tickets); at Royal Credit Union offices in Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls and Menomonie through June 11; and at our office (4319 Jeffers Road, Eau Claire). Tickets can also be purchased at the first home you visit.
  • Are the Parade Homes for sale?

    Most of the Parade Homes are custom built for a specific homeowner, however each year a few homes are built as spec homes and may be available for purchase. If the home is for sale it will be indicated on the house’s information. If you’re interested in finding out about Parade Homes available for purchase, you can call (715) 835-2526 or email Christina for more information.
  • What happened to the Parade of Homes app?

    We have switched software companies and now there is no need to download an app! You can view all of the information on this website easily on your phone.
  • What is the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association?

    The Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association’s mission is to build a better area housing industry through promotion, advocacy and education. We are a membership-driven organization with around 380 members in the building, remodeling and related industries. We provide opportunities for members to grow and be successful in business along with opportunities for the public to gain education and learn more about the housing industry. Our two signature events are the Parade of Homes and the Home & Garden Show.

  • Are masks required in the Parade Homes?

    Masks are not required in the Parade Homes. We are encouraging everyone to follow current CDC guidelines related to COVID-19.
